Shipping & Delivery

JIV processes and ships orders promptly, usually within 3 - 5 business days except for holidays and sales events.

Standard Shipping Times - JIV Paper Co. usually processes orders in 1-3 business days. This processing time is apart from the shipping time. This means, we usually pick and pack your items within 1-3 business days and then the courier picks up your package for shipping afterwards. Please kindly note, JIV Paper Co. does not ship on weekends or U.S. Holidays. In addition, in rare circumstances, couriers may experience delays that are out of our control.

Holiday & Sale Shipping Times - All orders placed during our holiday sales may ship within 5-10 business days, excluding pre-orders and backorders. Please see pre-order product listing for estimated shipping times. If an item on your list is on backorder, we will notify you. 

USA & Domestic Orders Delivery -Orders placed for delivery within the USA are shipped via UPS or USPS. Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days following processing times. On occasion, couriers may experience delays which are beyond our control.

International & Non-USA Orders Delivery -  International & Non-USA Delivery is not available at this time.  

Address Verification- JIV Paper Co. HIGHLY recommends that you review your delivery address prior to checkout. Reships are NOT available. If you do enter the wrong address please alert us before your order reaches shipment status. We will make every attempt to update the shipping label. In the event that your order has shipped JIV Paper Co. will no longer be able to make any changes.

Shipment Lost or Not Received- 

We understand how frustrating that can be.  Although shipments are out of our control once shipping couriers have them we will do all we can to support our customers. In order to assist you with a replacement or store credit when possible, we require a claim number from the shipping courier. Here are the simple steps:

Step 1 - File a missing package claim report online or by phone using your tracking number from JIV Paper Co.

Step 2 - Receive a claim number or confirmation by email from the shipping courier. 

Step 3 - Send an email to JIV Paper Co. with your claim number or confirmation. 
Step 4 - Await a replacement or store credit confirmation. 

*To prevent fraudulent claims JIV Paper Co. does not issue refunds on lost packages.
